The book (The Islamic Sciences’ Need of the Arabic Language: An Applied Fundamental Study) by Dr. Hassan Yashu deals with the dynamic relationship and the identity link between the Arabic language and Islamic law. It specifies the linguistic characteristics of our beautiful language and its importance and the extent of Islamic sciences’ need for it, especially the Principles of Monotheism, the Sciences of the Qur’an and its Interpretation, the Principles of Jurisprudence, the Purposes of Shari’ah, and the Science of Da’wah (Calling to Allah). The author highlights the different schools and schools of thought in their use of language to extract/understand evidence.
Very beautiful edition, well-structured, this book has no equivalent in the subject it deals with.
