al-Mudayanah (the sale of an absent item) - Shaykh Al-Uthaymin

The Sheikh al-Uthaymin (may Allah have mercy on him) personally wrote this Risalah. He focuses on clarifying the issue of "al-Mudayanah" (which is the sale of an absent item for an item in hand, or the reverse, or the sale of an absent item for another absent item). He addresses some issues that have confused many people in the field of commerce. The Risalah contains detailed sections on the types of Mudayanah, a summary of these sections, and what is permissible and what is prohibited within them.
