It is the fundamentalist introduction to the book “Al-Irshād ilā Sabeel ar-Rashād” by Imam Ibn Abi Musā al-Hanbali al-Baghdādi (d. 428 AH), which included a summarization of most of the issues of the principles of Hanbali jurisprudence.

The Hanbali scholars had a contribution to this blessed field, the science of the principles of jurisprudence. Indeed, Imam Ahmad has had jurisprudential fundamentalist works, which include what were picked up by his students and companions from his speeches – and they are many - and those which were extracted from his work by analyzing and tracing its branches and issues.

The fundamentalist introductions to jurisprudential books that some jurists have set as a prelude to his jurisprudential book represent part of the fundamentalist scientific enrichment, especially when the author is one of the early scholars; it is a scientific tributary to the principles of jurisprudence for the Hanbalis, especially when it comes from a well-established and preceding imam.
