Majmu’ al-Amir (Mukhtasar al-Amir) - Fiqh Maliki

It is one of the most important collections of contemporary Fiqh Maliki, written by current Libyan Mufti, Sadiq Abderrahman al-Gariani. It is an encyclopedic book in the Maliki Fiqh that brings rules and foundations according to the predominant opinion of the school, in a simple and accessible style, which is suitable for both specialists as laymen.
The author mentions the evidence from the Qur'an and the Sunnah and Foundations, without relying on weak hadiths - except in cases where they have been put into practice by many scholars. The author merely quotes only the confirmed opinion, the authentic opinion in the school of Imam Malik.
Superb edition (2015) in 5 large volumes (800 to 900 pages per volumes).
