Al-Muqaddimat al-Usuliyyah by Dr. Iman Qabbous (Table & Diagrams)

المقدمات الأصولية - إيمان بنت سالم قبوس

A perfect book to master the basics of Usul al-Fiqh in a very pedagogic way. Here is the foreword written by Dr. Raed bin Khalaf Al-Osaimi :

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the one after whom there is no prophet.

I have reviewed the work titled "Al-Muqaddimet al-Usuliyyah" by Dr. Iman bint Salim Qabous, the vice-president of the Sharia Department at Umm Al-Qura University. She has diligently prepared it to serve as a reference for male and female students of the Sharia Department in the subject of Introductions to the Foundations of Jurisprudence. The book encompasses the vocabulary of this discipline, consolidates its scattered elements, and facilitates its understanding. It is truly beneficial for the students and for other seekers of knowledge due to its easy expression, well-organized structure, and beautiful formatting. Its careful division of subjects and its exercises aid in improving comprehension, easing memorization, and connecting the various benefits within a single framework.

I ask Allah to make it beneficial and to count it among the righteous deeds and useful knowledge that elevates the rank of its author.

May Allah's peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and all his companions.

Dr. Raed bin Khalaf Al-Osaimi (Dean of the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies).
