A valuable book in the Sciences of Hadith, of great benefit, meaningful, in which Al-Kharashi, may Allah mercy on him, has followed the method of objective explanation, which depends on tackling some issues in the annotated book that the author sees as needing an explanation, comment, advice, etc.

It is one of the most comprehensive explanations of the book “Nuzhat an-Nadhar” by Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar, may Allah have mercy on him, because Al-Kharashi has included in his explanation useful footnotes on “Nuzhat an-Nadhar”.

These footnotes are by Ibn Qutlubugha al-Hanafi, al-Biqa’i, Ali al-Ajhuri, and Ibrahim al-Laqqani. He has also included useful information from annotations of al-Kamal Ibn Abi Sharif, al-Yawaaqit and “Ad-Durar” by al-Minawi, and others.

Al-Kharashi’s explanation has combined the most significant explanations of the book “Nuzhat an-Nadhar” discussing it, supporting and opposing some of it, and explaining what was hidden from it, with a summary, and at the same time, offering advice about certain issues and benefits, so the students can find it in one book.

This explanation was like a completion to what al-Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar neglected in explaining “Nukhbat al-Fikr” and a clarification to what he summarised in “Nuzhat an-Nadhar.”
