Dham al-Kalam wa Ahlihi - Imam Abu Isma'il al-Harawi (481H)

Dhamm Al-Kalām wa Ahlihi by Al-Harawi. or "Condemning Kalām (speculative theology) and Mutakallimeen (practitioners of Kalām)" is a book written by Abu Ismail Abdullah Ibn Muhammad Al-Harawi Al-Ansari, known as Abu Ismail Al-Harawi (396H - 481H) in which he warns against speculative theology and responds to the Mutakallimeen. He is great scholar who established the Sunnah and rejected innovations.
He cited the Hadiths of the Prophet, the sayings of the Companions and Followers, and then the sayings of the Scholars of his time.
The book is considered one of the references in responding to the theologians, and its author have been nicknamed Sheikh al-Islam because of his immense mastery of religious sciences.
Ibn Taymiyyah said: “But many people did not take note of many of the sayings of the Salaf (righteous predecessors) and scholars on this issue and its meanings (speculative theology). People have collected from the sayings of the Salaf and scholars in this regard books, such as what the one was compiled by Sheikh Abd al-Rahman al-Sulami, and like the great book compiled by Abu Ismail Abdullah Ibn Muhammad Ibn Ali Ibn Muhammad Ibn Ahmed Ibn Ali Ibn Jaafar Ibn Mansour Al-Harawi Al-Ansari, nicknamed Sheikh al-Islam, which he called “Dhamm Al-Kalaam wa Ahlihi”.
