Masa-il Usul al-Fiqh allati tasluhu ta-silan li 'ilm Usul al-'Aqidah

Whoever is deprived of the fundamentals of jurisprudence is deprived attainment. So the studies of the fundamentals of jurisprudence affected the study of the religion’s principles, which therefore led to a mutual relationship of impact and affectivity, as the first had the virtue of setting the fundamentals, whereas the second sought to remove wordiness and the inessential expressions.

On the other hand, we find that the fundamentals of religion, despite the writings written on it and the many explanations and abbreviations and the interest of the elite and the common people in this science, we find that its foundations did not sit in the manner of what was written in the foundations of jurisprudence in terms of issues and chapters in which the pens of scholars explored, and the minds of the early and latecomers were attracted to it. So they wrote a fine and delicate art that is considered one of the most innovative Muslim sciences that distinguished the Islamic heritage from others.

As a result, I attempted to link two major noble sciences: the fundamentals of jurisprudence and the principles of religion. So I started studying the foundations of jurisprudence and applying them to the principles of faith, issue by issue, so that we could assess what is suitable from these topics to establish a science of the principles of faith similar to the science of the principles of jurisprudence.
